At Kumar Wear Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from KumarWear.net, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in full compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Condition: The jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original Kumar Wear branded packaging (boxes, pouches, and certificates).
Security Tags: If your item arrived with a security tag, it must remain attached. Removing the tag will void your right to a return.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or any pierced jewellery, unless the item is faulty upon arrival. This policy ensures the safety and confidence of all our customers.
To ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently by our Bradford team, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email payment@kumarwear.net with your Order Number and reason for return.
RMA Approval: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
Ship It Back: Securely pack the item. We strongly recommend using a Tracked Shipping Service, as Kumar Wear Ltd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

All refunds are processed through the Stripe secure payment gateway:
Inspection: Once your return is received at our Bradford hub, please allow 2-3 business days for our quality control team to inspect the item.
Approval: Upon approval, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Settlement Time: Per international banking standards, the funds usually appear on your statement within 5-10 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been triggered.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at our Bradford facility. Once we receive your original item, we will dispatch the replacement.
We hand-inspect every piece at 5 Grangeway before shipping. If an item arrives damaged:
Notify us at payment@kumarwear.net within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or a priority replacement.
