Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, especially if they appear to be fraudulent or for unauthorized resale.
4. Product Pricing & Descriptions
Jewellery Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact brilliance of the items.
Price Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Availability: All products are subject to stock availability at our Bradford facility.
5. Fulfilment & Shipping Risk
All orders are quality-checked and dispatched from our hub at 5 Grangeway, Bradford.
Title of Goods: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Failures: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched from our Bradford hub, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
