For international orders (outside the UK):
Kumar Wear Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
High-Value Orders: For security purposes, orders over a certain value may require a signature upon delivery.
Address Accuracy: We ship to the address provided at checkout via Stripe. Please double-check your shipping details, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please contact payment@kumarwear.net within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and the item.
Lost Packages: If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, please notify us. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or a full refund.
